～ビジネス創造施設「LiSH」発のヘルスケアソリューションとして、睡眠の可視化・改善を通じた健康増進を目指します～

東京大学発のスリープテック／ニューロテックスタートアップの株式会社ACCELStars（本社：福岡県久留米市、代表取締役：宮原 禎、以下「当社」）は、東日本旅客鉄道株式会社（以下「JR東日本」）が2026年10月6日に発表したプレスリリース「『100年先の心豊かさを創造する実験場』がいよいよ始動」において、TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITYのビジネス創造施設「LiSH」発のヘルスケアソリューションの一つとして紹介されました。

これにより、当社の睡眠ソリューションを「TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY RESIDENCE」内の共創型住戸「Link Life Lab」に導入する取り組みが始まります。当社は本取り組みに加え、今後も各社との共創を引き続き推進してまいります。

■取り組みの概要

当社の睡眠ソリューションを、TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY RESIDENCE内の共創型住戸「Link Life Lab」に導入します。居住者の睡眠状態を可視化し、睡眠改善を通じた健康増進を目指します。

あわせて、高輪で働く方や居住者を対象に、「TAKANAWA GATEWAY Clinics」と連携した睡眠検診の実施を検討しています。東京大学 GATEWAY Campusとの連携を通じて、最先端技術の社会実装を進めてまいります。

Aiming to promote health through sleep visualization and improvement as a healthcare solution born from the business creation facility “LiSH”

ACCELStars Inc. (Headquarters: Kurume, Fukuoka; Representative Director: Tadashi Miyahara; “ACCELStars”) is a sleep tech / neurotech startup spun out of the University of Tokyo. ACCELStars has been featured as one of the healthcare solutions born from “LiSH,” the business creation facility at TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, in a press release issued by East Japan Railway Company (“JR East”) on October 6, 2026.

With this, ACCELStars begins an initiative to introduce its sleep solution at “Link Life Lab,” a co-creation residential unit within TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY RESIDENCE. Alongside this initiative, ACCELStars will continue to pursue co-creation with a wide range of partners.

Overview of the Initiative

ACCELStars will introduce its sleep solution at “Link Life Lab,” a co-creation residential unit within TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY RESIDENCE. The initiative aims to promote residents’ health by visualizing their sleep and helping them improve it.

In addition, ACCELStars is considering offering sleep checkups for people who work and live in Takanawa, in collaboration with “TAKANAWA GATEWAY Clinics.” Through collaboration with the University of Tokyo GATEWAY Campus, ACCELStars will advance the social implementation of cutting-edge technology.

Future Outlook

Sleep is an essential foundation of physical and mental health. Through this initiative, ACCELStars will address the sleep challenges of people who actually live and work in the city, and advance the social implementation of its technology.
